Purpose
This Board administers the mandatory, contributory retirement plan under which all municipal employees (excepting the professional personnel of the School Department) are covered.
Members/Terms: 5 Members, 3yr Terms
Appointed By: 1 appointed by the Board of Selectmen, 2 elected by the membership, 1 appointed by other members of the Board, and the Town Comptroller who is an ex officio member. The elected members and the one appointed by the other Board members may not be an employee, retiree, or official of the Town.
Length of Term: 3 years
Meeting Times: monthly, at variable times
