Using the Collections

Access

The public can gain access to our collections in a variety of ways outlined below.

Onsite Visit to the Archival Center

All visitors must be supervised by Archival Center staff. Patrons who cannot visit the Archival Center during its open hours may request individual appointments (see inquiries below), subject to the availability of the Reference Archivist or volunteers.

Research assistance

Requests for research assistance are welcome within the constraints of limited staffing and open-hours. The Reference Archivist addresses requests, whether by mail, phone, or e-mail, on a weekly basis. Fees are charged for copies.

Local Researcher

For in-depth research, patrons may be referred to a local researcher with whom independent arrangements may be made.
