There are four (4) rooms for rent at the Winchester Town Hall for meetings or functions.
- Maurer Auditorium - This is a large open space with a stage, balcony seating and large dance floor. A small service bar area makes this a good space for your next fundraising event.
- Winchester Room - A picturesque conference room that has old world charm with balconies and a large arched window.
- Mystic Valley Room and Waterfield Room - Conference room to hold a night meeting.

Rooms cannot be rented during normal business hours.
