Dear Town Center employees, employers, residents and property owners,
The Town of Winchester is in the middle of a Request for Proposals (RFP) process to develop the Waterfield parking lot adjacent to the MBTA Commuter rail station. Phase I consisted of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to determine the potential development partners for the site. Now in Phase II, we are requesting your feedback through a remote meeting that will take place Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at 7:30PM. Details for calling or joining via computer are below. Updates regarding the RFP and a draft prior to the public meeting will be located at https://www.winchester.us/546/Waterfield-RFQ. We will have time after the meeting to incorporate any comments prior to the release per the schedule below. We hope you’re able to attend, and if you are unable, the meeting will be recorded and posted on WinCam for review.
