The Town of Winchester is conducting a study of the Holton/Cross/Swanton Street Light Industrial area. The study is defining a vision for the area that will focus on recommendations to improve zoning, design guidelines, pedestrian and cyclist safety, physical infrastructure, economic development, and traffic.
The Planning Board has engaged the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) to prepare a visioning study with potential zoning changes to be introduced to Town Meeting.
Residents, business owners, and interested community members are invited to join us for this meeting hosted by The Planning Board and Metropolitan Area Planning Council.
