Drawing inspiration from different world genres, chants, voices, poems and animal sounds, Henrique Eisenmann is changing the paradigm of contemporary improvisation, creating an original musical universe that is powerfully inventive, authentic and accessible to anyone Spectacle “Voices” was envisioned by pianist Henrique Eisenmann over the past 10 years as a result of multiple experiences mixing music with the spoken voice. Drawing from several different musical styles – including classical music, contemporary jazz, avant-garde improvisation and folk Latin-American music – Eisenmann creates a musical world that connects music to every “voice” in unexpected, provocative and lyrical ways.
