The Winchester Planning Board will hold a remote PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY, August 16, 2022 at 7:00 PM on the following matter:

Preliminary Subdivision—That of Volnay Capital concerning two parcels of land located at 210 and 242 Cambridge Street, Book 47074 Page 446 and Book 67157, Page 499 within the town of Winchester, MA. The applicant seeks approval of a subdivision plan to create 3 buildable lots through the extension of the existing no-through (dead-end) street, Rocky Ledge Terrace. The applicant is seeking waivers from the Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land in Winchester’s Section 7.4.3 Means of Access, Section 7.6.5 No Dead-End Streets, Section 7.9.1 Sidewalks, Section 7.14.1 Utilities, and a Submission Waiver Section 5.3.3.j for contours extending 150’ beyond all sides of the property.
