TOWN OF WINCHESTER
In accordance with Chapter 2, Section 3.2 of the Winchester Code of By-Laws, the Town Manager of the Town of Winchester will hold a public hearing on warrant articles for the November 10, 2016 Fall Annual Town Meeting not previously the subject of a public hearing on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 7:00 PM in the Board of Selectmen’s Meeting Room, 2nd Floor of Winchester Town Hall.
