PETITION NO. 3798 - That of WINCHESTER BOAT CLUB, INC by JOHN M. CONNOLLY, ESQ. and LEONARD M. SIMONS, ESQ. concerning the property at REAR 65 & 69 CAMBRIDGE STREET, WINCHESTER, MA. The petitioners are seeking an appeal under Section 9.3.3(3) of the Winchester Zoning By-Law in accordance with Chapter 40A, Section 8 and 15 of the Massachusetts General Laws from the November 22, 2016 determination of the Building Commissioner/Zoning Enforcement Officer regarding the construction of a structure (a fence) and the December 6, 2016 determination of the Building Commissioner/Zoning Enforcement Officer regarding the installation of landscaping. The property is located in the RDB (Single Residence) zoning district and contains approximately 68,000 square feet.
