PETITION NO. 3834 - That of PETER J. and DAWN M. LENNON concerning the property at 21 WASHINGTON STREET, WINCHESTER, MA. The petitioners seek Site Plan Review under Section 9.5.1 of the Winchester Zoning By-Law in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws so as to construct an addition to the existing single family dwelling where the total floor area of the single family dwelling and detached garage will be greater than 5,000 square feet. The property is located in the RDB (Single Residence) zoning district and contains 14,460+/- square feet.
