Pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 7:30 PM in the Mystic Valley Room of the Winchester Town Hall, 71 Mt. Vernon Street, Winchester. A Notice of Intent has been filed by the Town of Winchester for work to be performed at the Waterfield Road culvert.
It is proposed to repair the bridge arch and walls, and to fortify a corner of the bridge with rip rap.
