Town Census

The Town Clerk’s Office has mailed a second request to all households who have not yet responded to the Annual Census.  In order to remain active on the voter list you must return your census.  You will be made inactive on May 31, 2023 according to Massachusetts General Law, if we don’t hear from you with this second mailing. As we prepare for the 2024 Electoral season remaining active on the voter list will allow for you to check in on Election Day with ease.

Citizen of the Year

The Chamber of Commerce's 2023 Citizen of the Year is Cathy Alexander!  You can find more information on the celebration on the Chamber's website and social media accounts.

From the Chamber's Facebook page - "Perfectly embodying the spirit of the award, Cathy is so well deserving. The Citizen of the Year award also happens to be a product of Cathy’s stewardship as the Executive Director of The Chamber, Cathy has personally overseen this award for over 40 years.  It was fun to turn the tables on her!

Not only recognized for her work at The Chamber, but Cathy has been giving the youth in Winchester a safe place to express themselves in the wonderful environment of The Winchester Co-Operative Theater since 1979.  @winchestercooperativetheatre.

Please join us in congratulating Cathy and stay tuned for more details on the celebration on May 9th ??????"
