Questions concerning the violation or hearing process can be answered over the phone by calling the Office of the Parking Clerk at 781-721-7123 between 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday, and Friday from 8:30a.m. until noon.

When requesting a hearing, be sure to indicate the nature of the dispute as clearly as possible and include your name, address, the plate registration, and the ticket number(s) to be disputed.
