What do Wieck, Schumann, and Brahms have in common? With rave reviews from her spring class, Dotty Burstein is back to expand our appreciation of this “Musical Trio”. These four sessions will explore these three artists, their unique relationships, and the impacts on music during their lives. This is a morning class meeting on Thursdays.

Blueprints for Love is a non-profit founded in Winchester that benefits children with life threatening illnesses by giving them a "healing area of their own." The organization works closely with parents, doctors (when needed) and each child to create their ultimate dream bedroom or play space. Come meet the organizers, connect with friends and neighbors and enjoy a fun night of discounted shopping and prizes every 15 minutes to benefit this wonderful charity and just by socializing and shopping, you'll Create Good!

Do you care about Winchester and want to “give back”? Do you feel you have skills that our community could use? Are there issues that you feel strongly about and feel you can make a contribution? Have you thought of running for office but don’t know where to start? Join local office-holders and campaign volunteers for “How to Run for Office in Winchester” on Thursday, November 2 at 7:00 in the Winchester Public Library. Demystify getting on the ballot and reporting requirements, and discuss email, web sites, fundraising, yard signs, and other campaign strategies. After this session you will have the information you need to prepare for the March town elections.
