March 11th to May 13th, 2023 Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at 21 Church Street, Winchester MA The course provides family caretakers with education about mental health conditions, skills workshops, and information about available resources. The NAMI Family-to-Family curriculum includes: Information about mental health conditions and treatments Coping skills, handling crisis and relapse, local and national resources Listening and communication techniques Problem solving, limit setting, self-care Most importantly, the course offers family members the invaluable opportunity of open conversation and mutual support in a stigma-ree environment. Course participants, now more than 400,000 people nationwide, find that the Family-to-Family experience empowers them to understand and pursue paths toward healthy recovery for their loved ones, their families, and themselves.

Weekly story time at the book store! Stop on by every Saturday morning for Story Time at Book Ends! Event usually runs the length of two picture books, occasionally followed by a related activity. Attention all Winchester Dads, Uncles, Grandfathers, Guardians. Join us for this annual event on Saturday, May 6th from 2PM - 4PM at Winchester Hall Auditorium. This special dance includes a disc jockey, tasty treats, photo opportunities, and a small gift for all the girls. The dance is open for all ages.
