The Community Calendar is to publicize events located in Winchester where the pubic is invited to attend. For profit businesses are allowed to post on this calendar up to 3 days per month. All submissions are subject to approval.
No holidays, events outside of Winchester or personal events are to be posted.
Lynch Elementary School and the surrounding neighborhood
Kids ages 2-14 are invited to come ride their bikes for a great cause! Register to ride or walk on day of the event and have a fun morning of riding your bike and fun activities to support Dana Farber/Jimmy Fund. 100% of rider raised dollars go directly to the Jimmy Fund. Volunteers 14+ are welcome to register too!
Bring unwanted household hazardous products. Preferably items kept in original containers. Residents are limited to a maximum of 25 gallons of paints/stains.
Town Common on Laraway Road
Winchester’s Farmers Market opens for the season on Saturday, June 10 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Winchester’s Town Common. Fresh vegetables and a variety of prepared foods and baked goods will be for sale. Each week reps from local organizations, Chamber of Commerce businesses, and Winchester Artists Network artists will be on hand as well. Live music every week! Weekly story time at the book store! Stop on by every Saturday morning for Story Time at Book Ends! Event usually runs the length of two picture books, occasionally followed by a related activity. No advanced sign up necessary. Hope to see you there!
